What is adhd coaching ?

Coaching is a partnership between the Client (you) and the Coach (me) to look at areas of your life where you are stuck. Each coaching session is an opportunity to pause and look at what feels unbalanced in your life and what can be done to improve things. What would you like to change? What can you discard? What are your wider goals? What are your real priorities?

Our best ideas and solutions come from within and I will help you tease them out. As we rush though our lives, often feeling overwhelmed, the answers are often right there in front of us. We just need time and encouragement to be able to see them.

For those of us with ADHD, life can present particular challenges. We may have spent our whole lives being told how we should do things and feeling that we fail to live up to our own expectations and those around us.
